Ame is the former princess/priestess of the country Ise. Her mother died after being attacked by a shinobi. She travels with her companions and a key to finding a weapon built by men; those who put an end to the shinobi. [Spoiler] She meets Suou and eventualy develops romantic feelings for him. Her last words for Suou were "Sorry, I'm sorry. Thank you for everything. I love you". [/Spoiler]
