Suna's father. Takeo mentions that he never really had much of a presence, but is a really nice person. [Spoiler] He suffers from a congenital heart condition, further to an episode when Suna was in elementary school, he collapses again with his surgery scheduled on Rinko's birthday. [/Spoiler]
