Grand Duke Belusek

Grand Duke Belusek is the second-most important person in the kingdom, filling the position below the king. Despite being in his 40s, he looks very young. All the nobles vie for his attention, as being in his graces grants them a more favorable position in society. He is friendly towards Kaylus, though Kaylus rejects him.
