Hanako

Hanako competes alongside Hiroshi for the single chef position that opens up each year at Shinonome-Tei, a famous restaurant in Nagasaki. Despite failing the interview one year prior, she is confident in her skill as a cook and her ability to pass interviews. She and Hiroshi keep in touch even after the interview.
