Introduced during the Shiritori trial. Issei takes up a fundamental leadership position in Akashi's group, he helped the others in taking down the four oni Sein Kami deployed for the trial. [Spoiler] Issei is killed by Kami's remote controlled miniature fifth oni as it burst out from his heart while he was evacuating students from the gym. [/Spoiler]
