Manuel

Manuel is a mute man who accompanies the incubus and looks after him, from massaging his body to going out to get food. In his mind, Manuel refers to the incubus as "mom" even though he knows he isn't his actual mother.
Ten years prior, Manuel was admitted to a pediatric hospital for heart surgery, where he met the incubus. His last name isn't disclosed — only that it begins with "M".
