Morio Inui

Inui is Tobari's classmate. After he spots Tobari in his female outfit at a store, Inui takes a picture and uses it to blackmail Tobari into going out with him in the female outfit. Despite that, he doesn't seem malicious towards Tobari, and encourages him to express himself.
