A captain, ace pilot and the commander of the First Tactical Armor Regiment. A veteran of the war against the BETA in Korea. He is the leader of the strategic studies group, a Shogun loyalist fraction inside the Japanese Imperial Army. [Spoiler] Being disillusioned by the actions of the Japanese government, he starts a coup with the expressed goal of returning political power to the Shogun. He himself assassinated several members of the cabinet, including the prime minister. When the Shogun flees the capital and is picked up by Takeru's squad and the American forces, he personally goes after her and manages to catch up with them. After negotiations ultimately fail and hostilities breaks out, he bests the American commander Alfred Walken in single combat, but is in the end killed by Imperial Guard member Tsukuyomi Mana.
