He is an old man who has been seen together with Kurumi. And as the rumors say "he doesn't look like her father." [Spoiler] He is actually a doctor who monitors Kurumi's condition. Also he is one of the OBs. In the end of the series he took Hideo as his apprentice. [/Spoiler]
