Puppet Master

They seem to have knowledge in regards to the mahou shoujo invasion, and a hand in what's going on behind the scenes. They have the ability to teleport. [Spoiler] They are seen accompanying Himeji and discussing the invasion and possible futures with him. Himeji is also seen creating dozens of Pepe, each with a different type of marking on their cheek (the original has none). [/Spoiler] [Spoiler] The Puppet Master's true identity is Maria Abeno, a scientist from 20 years in the future whose core is forcefully taken from her and imbued into Himeji, after which she is left as Himeji's puppet with no will of her own.
