Ritsuto Okumura

Ritsuto has the mysterious ability to seduce others to do what he tells them to, often without meaning to. He sees this ability as a burden, as it has brought him a lot of trouble in the past and still affects him, to the point of needing glasses and long bangs to hide his face at work.
