A newly instated cross-eye recruit driven by personal greed. [Spoiler] He organizes a force of like minded cross eyes against the organization, eventually turning against them to further himself. He attempts to steal the leader's brain and is ultimately killed by a blast of Fujita's smoke enhanced by black powder. [/Spoiler]
