Zenichi Innami

Zenichi Innami was the first true gambler Tetsuya met. When they meet in Shinjuku again, Innami is a drug addict and uses the money he makes playing Mahjong to buy Hiropon. He claims to has an "All-Seeing Eye" which gives him the ability to see through the tiles. [Spoiler] In fact, he has an incredible memory and is able to memorize the tiles by the different pattern of their backs. [/Spoiler]
