Zero

Zero is a former Anti-Altered deviant associated with the Übermensch Union while having his own agenda. His ability is called Mind Reading. This allows the user to read a person's mind as long as two conditions are met. First, the user has to see the opponent, and secondly, the opponent has to focus their thoughts towards the target.
